Last updated: 19 May 2026

This Cookies Policy describes how innorealty, 25 Boulevard royal, 2449 Luxembourg (“Moovna”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Moovna platform at https://moovna.com and any associated subdomains and mobile applications (the “Platform”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

This Cookies Policy is issued in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) as implemented in each relevant jurisdiction, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where the processing of personal data is involved, and applicable national laws on electronic communications and consumer protection in the countries where the Platform is offered, including Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Greece.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

1.1 Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and to store information about your preferences or past actions for a limited period.

1.2 In addition to traditional cookies, the Platform may use similar technologies that perform comparable functions, including: HTML5 local and session storage, pixels, web beacons, tags, software development kits (SDKs) in mobile applications, device fingerprinting and tracking parameters in URLs. References to “cookies” in this Policy include such technologies where appropriate.

1.3 Cookies may be:

  • First-party cookies — set directly by Moovna;
  • Third-party cookies — set by third parties whose services we use (analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, video, mapping, social-media plug-ins);
  • Session cookies — automatically deleted when you close your browser;
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — Required for the Platform to function: authentication, session management, security, load balancing, cookie-consent preferences, fraud prevention. Consent required? No (legally exempt as “strictly necessary”).
  • Functional — Remember preferences such as language, currency, region, recently viewed Listings, saved searches, accessibility settings. Consent required? Yes, unless strictly necessary to deliver the explicitly requested feature.
  • Analytics / Performance — Collect aggregated and pseudonymised statistics on Platform usage, navigation, performance, conversions and errors. Helps us measure and improve the service. Consent required? Yes (unless first-party, aggregate-only, and meeting strict national-law exemptions).

4. Consent Management

4.1 When you first visit the Platform, a cookie-consent banner is displayed. No non-essential cookies are set on your device before you have provided informed consent through that banner.

4.2 You may:

  • accept all cookies;
  • reject all non-essential cookies;
  • make granular choices by category;
  • withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Platform.

4.3 The choice to reject non-essential cookies is as accessible and prominent as the choice to accept. The legal basis for non-essential cookies is your consent (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the corresponding national law).

4.4 Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Third-Party Cookies

5.1 Some cookies are set by third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform. These third parties act as separate data controllers or, in some cases, as joint controllers with Moovna. We do not control how third parties process data through their cookies. You should review their policies, including:

  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps, reCAPTCHA, advertising) — https://policies.google.com;
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram pixel and login) — https://www.facebook.com/policy.php;
  • Microsoft (Clarity, advertising) — https://privacy.microsoft.com;
  • [Other relevant providers as integrated].

6. Browser Controls and Opt-Out Mechanisms

6.1 In addition to the consent banner, you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. Refer to your browser’s documentation. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly.

6.2 You may also use industry opt-out tools such as:

  • Your Online Choices — https://www.youronlinechoices.eu;
  • Network Advertising Initiative — https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices;
  • Digital Advertising Alliance — https://www.aboutads.info/choices.

7. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control Signals

7.1 The Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signals issued by browsers, as no consistent legal standard for such signals applies across our markets. We monitor regulatory developments and will update this Policy accordingly.

8. Changes

8.1 We may amend this Cookies Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform and, where required by law, by means of a renewed consent request.
